Small Islands in the North Isles

There are many small islands in the North Isles, most of which are uninhabited and to which there is no regular transport. These include the Green holms (many Grey Seals have their pups here in autumn), Gairsay (one family lives on this lovely little island),
and many small holms such as the Holm of Boray, Rusk Holm or Grass Holm. Many of these holms have small flocks of "holmie sheep".
