Orkney - Skies

A major feature of Orkney landscapes and seascapes is the sky in all its variations. These include sunrises, sunsets, dramatic clouds, stormy skies. peaceful skies, rainbows and other lighting effects, starts, planets and the Moon and of course the aurora borealis or "northern lights".
