Evie
and Rendall
The
parishes of Evie and Rendall face Eynhallow Sound and the Wide Firth,
with rich farmland, backed by hilly moorland. Red-throated Divers and
Hen Harriers nest here and otters may sometimes be seen along the coast.
The Broch of Gurness is the best preserved site of its type in Orkney
and is surrounded by a large village.
