Uig
The south west part of Lewis is perhaps the most beautiful part of the whole island, and particularly Uig Bay with its golden sands. Backed by mountauns and surrounded by rugged cliffs intersperesed by sandy bays this area is one on great natural scenic attraction. The landscape is rocky and barren but the coastline more than compensates.
