Charles Tait has been publishing postcards of his images of Orkney and Wildlife since 1983, of Shetland and the Western Isles since 1989 and of Caithness since 1997. The cards cover landscapes and seascapes, the main sites of interest and much of the spectacular archaeology of the islands. Wildlife subjects include seabirds and seals. Besides publishing standard (A6) size cards he also publishes a range of long cards (2/3 A4) which are usually taken from panoramic transparencies. The current range of postcards exceeds 200 titles, and is continually updated with new images and localities. Any suggestions for new ideas are most welcome.
