TERMS OF BUSINESS

GENERAL - Unless a credit account has been agreed all orders are payable before delivery. A settlement discount of 10% on the standard wholesale price is allowed for payment within 30 days. All supplies with the UK are subject to VAT (except for books), while supplies within the EU are also subject to VAT unless from a business which has quoted its VAT Registration Number. Supplies outwith the EU are not subject to VAT. Payment is accepted in Sterling or by credit card. If ordering from outwith UK credit card payment is by far the simplest. In particular non-Sterling cheques incur heavy charges to be cashed. We will accept payment by Sterling bank draft or cash in US Dollars or Euros only.

POSTCARDS Postcards are supplied in packs of 50 cards. Please note that these are nominal amounts and every care is made to ensure that numbers are accurate, however since cards are packed by weight, variations are possible. Regular checks are made to minimise errors. We can supply cards in smaller numbers, but will charge the full retail price plus postage (40p at present per cards). Unless otherwise agreed in writing all postcards are non-returnable. However in some circumstances we are prepeared to swap out stock for an equivalent number of different cards. All cards are available ex-stock except for those which as marked with a line through. These will be available in spring 2009 again. Stock lists are updated regularly and available as an Excel download.

POSTCARD PRICES FOR 2013 There will be no changes to you the customer, despite further large increases in carriage charges. The price includes delivery for orders of 500 cards or more, for smaller orders we reserve the right to charge for delivery. Any major increase in printing costs in future may lead to a price change, and our printer has advised of possible paper price rises. Full details of prices are available on request. Prices are negotiable for larger orders.

RE-ORDERS We are happy to supply small orders to top up your stand(s) as needed, but please note that we do charge for delivery on orders of less than 500 cards. Our Parcelforce contract delivery service is fast and efficient and takes about 3 days to anywhere in UK. Parcelforce seem to have solved delays in deliveries to some areas, and hopefully the service will continue good this year. We normally despatch cards on the day the order is received. New cards or titles which are being reprinted will be sent as soon as available.

CALENDARS Calendars are normally supplied in packs of 10, but are available in any number. Discount depends on the number required, and delivery is free on orders of 20 or more. Unless otherwise agreed at the time of ordering, calendars are non-returnable. We strive to match supply with demand and thus avoid unsold stock. Calendars are normally ready in early June.

2014 CALENDARS FOR SALE IN 2013 Calendars will be ready at the start of July, and are similar in design to previous versions, but of course have all-new photography included. The new calendar pictures will be available to preview on the Internet site by clicking above. Orders are accepted over the Internet also.
